Section 5

Advertising, Pixels, and Tracking Technologies

This section is required for compliance with Facebook's Advertising Policies and Google's EU User Consent Policy. It discloses the specific tracking technologies we use and your choices regarding them.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Our Site uses the Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel), a code snippet provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel allows us to:

  • Measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertisements
  • Track conversions (such as form submissions and purchases) that result from our ads
  • Build Custom Audiences of people who have visited our Site for retargeting purposes
  • Create Lookalike Audiences to reach new people similar to our existing customers
  • Optimize ad delivery to people most likely to take a desired action

The Meta Pixel may collect your IP address, browser information, and actions you take on our Site and transmit this data to Meta. Meta may combine this data with information it has collected from you across its platforms. Meta's use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.

We use Meta Pixel in compliance with Meta's Data Processing Terms and have implemented the required data use disclosures.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Our Site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, services provided by Google LLC. These tools allow us to:

  • Analyze how visitors use our Site (pages viewed, time spent, traffic sources)
  • Measure conversions from Google Search, Display, and YouTube ads
  • Serve retargeting ads to past Site visitors via Google Display Network and YouTube
  • Create Customer Match audiences using hashed contact information
  • Build similar audiences for prospecting campaigns

Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. Google's use of advertising data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

We use Google's services in compliance with Google's Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms.

Customer Match / Custom Audiences

We may upload hashed (encrypted) versions of email addresses and phone numbers to Facebook and Google to create Custom Audiences. Hashing converts your data into an unreadable format before transmission. Neither Facebook nor Google receives your raw personal data through this process. This practice allows us to show ads to people who have already expressed interest in our products.

You may opt out of Custom Audience targeting by:
